Snow and relentless cold. It summed up the weekend nicely. Fringe Fiction will begin broadcasting soon — and not just podcasting. We will be reviewing and broadcasting video games. In the meantime, it will be mostly PC games with a few XBox games. Please stay tuned on that bit. On our plates, for next week, we will be attending Zolocon in Warminster, Pennsylvania on the weekend of February 24th and 25th. We will attempt to visit both days if time allows. If you see us, please feel free to say hello.
As for this weekend, Fringe Fiction watched:
- After Dark: The Reeds (2010)
- After Dark: Husk (2011)
Nice series of movies. Husk was the slightly better horror movie. The Reeds is a fairly traditional ghost story from beginning to end.
Lastly, Fringe Fiction binge-watched The Hunger (1997-2000) television series hosted by Terence Stamp and David Bowie. Some of the episodes were great, and others fell flat.
We hope to see you at Zolocon!
