Plot

In a complicated story, a female detective is in pursuit of presumably Draculina in Union Square, San Francisco. Katie, age 13, owns a candle that taps into River Easthauffe or simply River East but not simply Draculina. River East is Draculina’s human form in other words. Draculina attempts to cut the line between herself and Katie by entering dream mode while crashing into the car with Katie inside. Katie is thrown through the windshield.

Review

Even though it has a few main characters, the story is a bit convoluted and hard to follow at times. It introduces not only the characters, but also explanation of the world that Draculina resides in.

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 6.8 out of 10. A bit convoluted for a first issue.
