Plot

The comic books consists of two tales: Boo-Tifying the Neighborhood and Mad(ball) Science. There are extra sections and activities that include Ghastly Giggles, Pyramid Scheme, and Make Your Own Madball. Boo-Tifying the Neighborhood consists of the a new family entering a sketchy neighborhood. They meet the Madballs, Horn Head, Skull Face, Dust Brain, Orbus and Slobulus. On the other side, they meet the Garbage Pail Kids: Adam Bomb, Kim Kong, Brainy Janie, Scary Carrie, Nasty Nick and Stinky Stan. And with Mad(ball) Science, the Madballs and Garbage Pail Kids participate in a science fair.

Review

The two tales were particularly entertaining in their own right, and the tales didn’t have subplots to confuse things. Both were concise in that regard. The art style was on point. For those not in that era, it was a solid introduction.

Verdict (Out of 10)

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 7.3 out of 10. Very entertaining and funny read. A plus for nostalgia as well.
