What if? What if the world doesn’t simply around Marvel? What if climate change could potentially be the catalyst that changes humanity for the better? The Outer Limits: The Music of the Spheres answers that question by allowing humans to adapt to climate change. Climate change may not mean the end of the humanity but rather a transition.
With the rise in temperature on Earth, per this article from Climate.gov, it seems we are bound for disaster of epic proportions. Since most areas are heating up instead of cooling down, Music of the Spheres seems to be on track. When will aliens intervene on our behalf — or will they intervene? For now, the global transition away from fossil fuels may limit some of the heating of planet Earth but not to a significant degree as to alter the inevitable, a global disaster. Governments are doing their best as represented by the COP28 UAE conference, but showboating to placate the masses and other governments will only go so far. At some point, there will need to be change — and immediate change, not a 10-year program or a 15-year program as some governments, as the United Kingdom, are implementing.
But Music of the Spheres does give some hope. With the Earth warming up and the sun burning, perhaps our youth may adapt physically — and mentally — to the new challenges posed by climate change. Perhaps they may be more accepting of the inevitable change on planet Earth due to increased temperature and increased sunlight.
2024 is arriving soon. Perhaps 2024 will indeed by the year of actual change instead of representative change.
What do you think? Are you ready for 2024 and what do you think it will bring?
