Plot

Angel is taking part of as a supporting actor in the television show Cordi with Cordelia as the star. With Cordelia pushing her own agenda, Angel returns to Angel Investigations and Lorne calls in. Meanwhile, Spike, Wesley and Fred are taking on an ancient spirit and it does not end well for one.

Review

With the comic switching back and forth between different plots, it is a bit discordant for the first issue. It introduces the characters and supporting ensemble. The supporting ensemble is many like the television show; however, for a comic, it is a bit distracting in Fringe Fiction’s opinion.

Verdict (Out of 10)

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 7.4 out of 10. Solid introduction, particularly for fans of Angel, the television series.
