Plot

Josiah Boniface and Jaunty the Trickster are conversing after learning about the defeat of Makoot by Shadowman, his son. Shadowman enters the Deadside to talk with Baron Samedi to confirm his father’s death. His pursuit of his father leads him to the Crossroads where he confronts Leggy, the Keeper of the Crossroads where there may be more questions than answers.

Review

An entertaining read although too many characters to juggle and the story does seem broken at times.
