Fringe Fiction went to the Philly Otaku Fest 2025 at Cherry Street Pier in Philadelphia. This was Day 2 of the event. It carried much of the same but changed some things as well. Even the same vendors seemed to have pared down some of their products. But that may have been Fringe Fiction’s perspective.

There was a Japanese maid parade of sorts at around past 1 pm that Fringe Fiction attended. You can watch the various streams on Facebook, Youtube, twitch and trovo. All in all, it was a pleasant day. We will be there tomorrow to capture all the cosplay glory tomorrow as the cosplay players will indeed drop upon Cherry Street Pier. There will be a parade which will be captured live, and additional photos of the cosplay players will be included.
