Plot

Gustav the Magnificent is scheduled to attend Chris’s birthday party, but he fails to arrive. Gustav, trapped in the world of metaphysical, floats around in a red balloon. Whether it’s a dream or reality, no one knows except Gustav. Chris goes to his grandfather’s house to celebrate his birthday instead. At his grandfather’s house, both Chris and his grandfather appreciate their time together.

Review

This comic is definitely sentimental and metaphysical. There are discussions of age, perhaps death and the ultimate meaning of life. Some of it can be jarring, but this comic is most definitely reflective.

Verdict (Out of 10)

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 7.7 out of 10. The metaphysical content may not be digestible for some, but others will definitely appreciate it.
