Plot

Tamara and Andre, a married couple working for the DC Police, are about to raid an abandoned apartment complex for a serial killer Massey. However, they stumble upon a blue demon whereupon she fires at it. In the meantime, her husband, Andre, is killed by the serial killer. At the office, she is greeted by Special Agents Nicola Nassem and Samantha Durst of the FBI Behavioral Unit, and they are investigating an ancient relic racket in the city. Tamara and the agents return the apartment complex whereby Tamara suffers third-degree burns all over her body. Somehow, she is restored fully after a month with no signs of tissue damage. She confronts a shiqq, a red demon, and is saved by a man.

Review

This comic book is a bit confusing as to what the shiqq, hinn and the marid actually are. They have not been explained in this issue. The relatable factor of Tamara and her life is the only thing that is keeping this comic grounded so far.

Verdict (Out of 10)

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 6.9 out of 10. Some confusing elements in this introduction. Hopefully, it will be fully explained in later issues.
