Plot

Greg and Lara are posing as crewmen on a cruise ship and searching for marks to exploit for money. They encounter Marilyn, a stunning and seemingly well-to-do surgeon, does horrendous surgeries but doesn’t seem to flinch due to her lawyer. She encounters Victor and has a few drinks with him later that night. However, things don’t go as planned for Marilyn as payback isn’t too sightly. Meanwhile, Jeremy is attempting to escape his family with a drink or two at the bar. He encounters Olivia and has a one-night stand with her. However, realizing what he has done, he kills her and dumps her body over the ship. Things go downward from there as Olivia’s spirit ultimately claims her reward on behalf of others. On the ship, Ginny is exploiting Charles as she is a gold digger. Ginny decides to off Charles with the assistance of her new bartender friend, Jayson. Things come in full circle as Greg and Lara finally found their mark in terms of a special package secured on the bottom deck.

Review

Overall, the different tales are reminiscent of Tales from the Crypt or Creepshow. Each tale solidly contained within itself — until near the end where a reveal comes back to haunt another day.

Verdict (Out of 10)

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 7.4 out of 10. Really solid and entertaining read.
