Plot

In Minneapolis, Cecily is tormenting both Lisa and Cordell. She is pursuing them both on behalf of Prince Samantha. At Galtier Towers, Cecily meets up with Calder. They discuss the business end of Prince Samantha’s maneuvers. More characters get introduced.

Review

A bit of a chaotic comic book for those not familiar with the Vampire The Masquerade Universe. Fringe Fiction knows of this universe via video games but having never played the video game or read the comic book series, Fringe Fiction is definitely at a disadvantage.
