Plot

The comic book consists of two tales: His Master’s Voice Part One and The Temple of Abomination. In His Master’s Voice Part One, Red Sonja storms into the town of Maduros, Aquilonia and enters the bar of Boar and Knuckle. She meets with Princess Alaberta who is on the run and obtains a jewel. However, things go badly. In The Temple of Abomination, Red Sonja enters a temple and finds a tortured priest of Mitra. She soon encounters all manner of unhuman beasts and deals with them swiftly.

Review

Interesting take to introduce Red Sonja with both the present and the past. The first tale being presented in modern form, and the second one a nod to the past. Both end on an appropriate cliffhanger with just enough bite.

Verdict (Out of 10)

Fringe Fiction gives this comic a 7.3 out of 10. Solid and concise introduction to Red Sonja and well worth a read.
